The Eastern Washington University Biology Department and Assistant Professor Jessica Allen, PhD, wish to share season’s greetings and some holiday science fun with the EWU community and their families.
Allen teaches courses on plants and fungi at Eastern and created a video to share some fun facts about the season’s most festive and iconic plant: the poinsettia.
