Transcripts

In accordance with the Federal Privacy Act of 1974, we require a transcript request to be authorized by the student. Requests may not be made via telephone. There are two ways to order your transcript online:

• Via EagleNET
  • Log on to EagleNET** (via Eastern Single Sign On (SSO))
  • Click "Student" tab
  • Click "Student Records" section
  • Click "Order Official Transcript" link
• Via the Parchment website
  • Go to the Parchment website
  • You do not need to log in to use the Parchment website
  • Click Begin Order and complete the requested information
  • Note: a signed authorization form may be required to complete your request

The Records and Registration Office staff can assist you with the online process at one of their public-use computers. A credit or debit card is required for online payment. Delivery options include USPS, Federal Express, and electronic delivery.

**If you need to reset your password or retrieve your username/NetID, you can go to the Account Management page. If you need further assistance, please call the IT Help Desk at 509-359-2247.

If you have already placed an order, you may manage your order using the Self-ServicePlus page. You may also contact the EWU transcript office at 509.359.2321 with questions regarding transcripts.

Pre-payment is required. 

• Regular Service: $14.05. ($11.50 transcript fee + 2.55 RoboRegistrar processing fee). Transcripts will normally be processed within 1-2 business days. Please allow for longer processing times during peak seasons (e.g. the end of the term).

• Optional Shipping Fees:
  • $23 FedEx shipping (next business day delivery within 48 contiguous states)
  • $30 FedEx shipping (next business day delivery to Alaska and Hawaii)
  • $53. International express shipping
• For express shipping, a street address for the delivery location and a contact telephone number are required. Federal Express cannot deliver to a post office box.

If you attended Eastern Washington University after Summer Quarter 1987, you may obtain unofficial transcripts on EagleNET free of charge.

• Enter EagleNET (via Eastern Single Sign On (SSO))>Student>Student Profile>Academic Transcript.
• Select the desired Transcript Level  (i.e. undergraduate, post-baccalaureate, graduate, or all levels).
• Select "Web Transcript" for the Transcript Type.
• If you need to reset your password or retrieve your username/NetID, you can go to the Account Management page. If you have been away from Eastern for more than a year, please call the IT Help Desk at 509.359.2247 to reactivate your account.

To turn the web display into a PDF:

• Use the "Print to PDF" or "Save to PDF" function in your browser.
  • For example, use the browser menu to select PRINT.  Instead of a printer, select PRINT TO PDF or SAVE to PDF.

If you attended Eastern Washington University prior to Fall Quarter 1987, please fill out an unofficial transcript request form to request an unofficial transcript. Unofficial transcripts may only be released to the student. There is no charge for this service.

If you have lost or misplaced your diploma, you may reorder a duplicate. The Diploma Reorder Fee is $35.

Note: Your official transcript is considered the official documentation of your awarded degree.

Submit the form

• Fax the completed request form and a copy receipt to 509.359.6153
• Mail the completed request form with a check or money order to Records and Registration
• Click here to pay by credit card.

It takes 3-4 weeks to receive the replacement diploma.

To obtain an Apostille/Certificate of Authentication for an EWU diploma to be recognized outside the United States:

1. Complete a Duplicate Diploma reorder form and indicate that you need a diploma for Apostille purposes
2. Pay the duplicate diploma fee and submit your form to ewugraduation@ewu.edu
3. Submit the verified diploma to the Washington Secretary of State per the directions on their website
