Welcome to Instructional Technology and Design.
Instructional Technology and Design (ITD) offers an array of educational technology solutions and support, course design, and consultative services to Eastern faculty, staff and students. ITD is located in Huston Hall 209, available via phone at (509) 359-6656 (MOJO), and email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Instructional Technology and Design will be working remotely until further notice. However, we will continue to provide full support through Zoom, email and help desk tickets, as well as by phone. Here are the available support options in order of preference:
Virtual Support (preferred)
Instructional Technology and Design (ITD) is providing all-day Zoom meetings available from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Monday through Friday. To join the meeting to get support and have your questions answered please use the link below or join meeting number 145-106-536. https://ewu.zoom.us/j/145106536
Email and Help Desk Tickets
We will be reading and responding to email and help tickets normally. Use email@example.com for all instructional questions about Canvas, Panopto, Zoom, PollEverywhere, and other instructional services. For most non-instruction technical questions as well as the primary support option for students, firstname.lastname@example.org (509-359-2247) is preferred.
We will be monitoring our phone (509-359-6656); however, this is the least preferred support option for most situations and we recommend the Zoom room or email if possible.
