Instructional Technology and Webservices (ITW) offers an array of educational technology solutions and support, course design, and consultative services to Eastern faculty, staff and students. ITW is located in Huston Hall 209, available via phone at (509) 359-6656 (MOJO), and email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Instructional Technology and Webservices will be working remotely until further notice. However, we will continue to provide full support through Zoom, email and help desk tickets, as well as by phone. Here are the available support options in order of preference:
Virtual Support (preferred)

Email and Help Desk Tickets
We will be reading and responding to email and help tickets normally. Use email@example.com for all instructional questions about Canvas, Panopto, Zoom, PollEverywhere, and other instructional services. For most non-instruction technical questions as well as the primary support option for students, firstname.lastname@example.org (509-359-2247) is preferred.
We will be monitoring our phone (509-359-6656); however, this is the least preferred support option for most situations and we recommend the Zoom room or email if possible.

Academic Continuity Planning
In the event the campus closes and/or class meetings are canceled, here are some resources that will assist faculty in delivering courses remotely.
- Canvas: Canvas instructor and student guides
- Panopto: video desktop and lecture capture
- Zoom: video-conferencing for online, synchronous class content delivery
- Respondus Lockdown Browser and Monitor: secure online testing and remote proctoring
