We’re open and online!
You can make a Zoom appointment, or you can upload a draft to get written feedback.
In accordance with the University’s response to COVID-19, the Writers’ Center will only offer online services during the summer quarter. We will be using Zoom to schedule online conferences, and we will use our scheduling system to upload papers to get written feedback.
This is a new situation for all of us, so please be patient as we adjust to the technology and demands of distance learning. Regardless, we are happy to help you with your writing during this unique situation, and we will be sure to provide you a quality online experience.
We also have grab and go workshops for faculty
We will be offering asynchronous learning workshops. Faculty are welcomed to grab the links or embed codes and post on Canvas for their students. We have provided a few samples below.
- To learn more about our workshops, please visit our workshop page. Here, you can see the full list of our workshops or make a workshop request.
We can help you with more than your English papers
Our services are not just for students who are taking English classes, though we can definitely help you with your English papers. We work with all students regardless of distance, the course, or the type of writing.

We work with student writers from disciplines throughout our campuses
We design our services for more than a one-time visit. Many of our students schedule weekly appointments to work on their writing, ranging from scholarship & internship applications, professional documents, presentations, and so much more!
