Dear Eagle Family and Friends,
The end of the year is often a time of reflection for me. This year, looking back feels overwhelming. The challenges we faced as a global community, a nation and a campus have been enormous, and too often heartbreaking.
I will be ever grateful for the first responders, the front-line health care workers, and everyone who has put others above themselves to move us toward a better tomorrow. The same is true of our students, faculty, and staff; those dedicated Eagles who did the impossible in the spring, and continue to do it every day. Like you, I welcome the prospect of vaccines, and am buoyed by the hope that 2021 will be a year filled with all of the joy that we missed in 2020.
And so, as we approach the holidays and the new year, I hope that you will enjoy this short video from my family to yours.
