David May, interim president of Eastern Washington University, along with other campus leadership, invited faculty and staff members to a virtual town hall focused on the return to campus on March 31. Leadership provided information on campus operations, safety and public health measures, expectations for staff and how the university will support their return to campus.
The town hall included a presentation on the reopening plan developed by risk management, which the president mentioned in his latest Covid-19 update. The meeting also included information on where we are in Phase 3 of the state’s reopening plan and what Phase 4 might look like, as well as an open Q&A.
