The Services and Activities Fee (S&A Fee) proposal process for the 2020-2021 academic year and 2019-2020 supplemental funding is open on EagleSync. S&A fees are fees charged to all students attending a state university for the express purpose of funding student activities and programs. The budget process for allocating S&A fees is governed by state RCWs and guidelines approved by the EWU Board of Trustees (read more here).
This year the S&A Fee Committee will be exclusively utilizing EagleSync for proposal submissions. Below are step-by-step instructions on how to complete this process depending on your type of request. Please note that there are separate instructions for:

A completed budget request, that includes the S&A Funding Request Documentation Form, must be submitted through EagleSync for consideration no later than 5 p.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 5.
Once all proposals have been through the initial review process, the S&A Committee will reach out to departments/programs/units regarding budget presentations to the Committee. *Please note that, if the Committee feels they have enough information to make an informed decision, not all departments/programs/units will be asked to present.
