In December 2025, the Executive Leadership Team selected a new budget model that enables strategic decision-making through connectedness to the university’s strategic plan.
Please join us on Friday, March 20, as Vice President Max Baca hosts a budget model open forum. Baca will provide an overview of the new model and answer questions from the campus community.
