EWU Food & Sustainability Resources

EWU Campus Garden logoCampus Garden – Established in 2011, the Campus Garden is maintained by Dining Services, the Office of Sustainability, and student volunteers.  Much of the food grown in the garden ends up in meals served by Dining Services.

If you are interested in volunteering, contact the Office of Sustainability at sustainability@ewu.edu or 509.359.6476 and come help grow your food.

Dietary Restrictions? – Dining Services labels the top 8 allergens in every dining location as well as offers an allergen friendly Tapingo menu.

Contact Natalie Stine, Registered Dietitian, for a personal consultation at nstine@ewu.edu or 509.359.6624. She can offer guidance on any dietary issues you have.

EWU Food Pantry

Donations are also accepted at Showalter 115.

Palouse Prairie Restoration  – Faculty, students and staff are collaborating to restore EWU farmland to native habitat that will foster research and educational opportunities, increase biodiversity, and provide recreational space on multi-use trails.
