EWU is sad to report of the passing of EWU retiree, Maxine Davis – emeritus faculty – on Oct. 28, 2021.
Davis came to Eastern in 1970 to teach Physical Education and coach gymnastics, which resulted in her induction into the Eastern Athletics Hall of Fame in 2008.
She retired from EWU’s old Physical Education, Health and Recreation (PEHR) department in 1999 after 29 years of service.
