EWU is excited to announce it has partnered with the Spokane Regional Health District (SRHD) and National Guard to hold a vaccine clinic on from 10 a.m.-4 p.m., Monday, May 3, in the Pence Union Building’s NCR.
Everyone who is 16 or older is eligible to participate – and it is open to not only EWU faculty, staff and students, but the greater Cheney and Spokane communities as well. SRHD will be providing the Pfizer vaccine to participants.
As of Thursday, April 29, clinic registration is open to all community members (Cheney and Spokane) and participants must sign up in advance on the Department of Health’s website.
EWU expects everyone in the EWU community who can get vaccinated against COVID-19 to do so as it is critical to ending the current pandemic.
If you would like to learn more about COVID-19 vaccinations, including the Pfizer vaccine, please visit the SRHD’s website.
As a reminder, EWU employees may use up to two hours of work time to be vaccinated (per shot). Please work with your supervisor to arrange your schedule to allow you to participate in this exciting opportunity.
