To use a fire extinguisher, remember the acronym P.A.S.S. (pull, aim, squeeze, sweep).

When using a fire extinguisher, remember the acronym P.A.S.S. (pull, aim, squeeze, sweep).Fall is cozy sweaters and pumpkins, for Environmental Health and Safety it is also Fire Extinguisher Training time. Washington State law says that all employees who have access to fire extinguishers are required to receive annual training on their use.
