Respirators and Facial Hair

It’s November, which means some people are participating in No-Shave November to raise cancer awareness. Raising awareness of cancer is great! However, people who wear respirators are told to be free of facial hair to ensure their respirators seal properly. This could cause a dilemma for our respirator wearers. To help with this problem, the CDC released this helpful image of different facial hairstyles indicating which ones work with a respirator.
