Hearing Conservation / Heat Stress / Wildfire Smoke

April 9 @ 8:30 am - 10:30 am

Free

Hearing conservation is covered by WAC 296-817. This is required for anyone who works in loud environments or with loud equipment.

Heat Stress is required annually for employees who work outside during the summer months (WAC 296-62-095). This training covers the dangers and symptoms of heat-related illnesses, work practices to prevent illness from occurring, and emergency response if a heat-related illness occurs.

The Wildfire Smoke emergency rule provides protection for personnel working outdoors for more than one hour who may be reasonably expected to be exposed to wildfire smoke.
