Fast Fitness/Strength Training Classes

PHED 150: Fast Fitness and PHED 152: Strength/Weight Training (2 credit)

PHED 125: Fast Fitness (1 credit)

Fast Fitness and Strength/Weight Training are comprehensive physical fitness courses designed to develop strength, flexibility, and endurance (cardiovascular and muscular) in an efficient manner through the use of the URC Fitness Center. Both 1 (PHED 125) and 2 (PHED 150 & 152) credit options are offered.


Important Dates

Summer Quarter 2024:

  • June 24 – first day to log attendance (orientations offered on an as-needed basis to new students)
  • August 9 – Article Quiz (Mandatory), Introduction Quiz (Extra Credit) assignments due (available on Canvas)
  • August 26 – Final day to log attendance
