RCW 28B.15.0131: Resident tuition rates – American Indian students allows students who are members of specific tribes to gain resident tuition in Washington. Those tribes are federally recognized and have traditional and customary tribal boundaries that include portions of Washington state or were granted reserved lands within Washington state.
