Congratulations to EWU McNair Scholar Mai Peregrina! Mai has been awarded the EWU Board of Trustees Scholarship. Mai is majoring in Psychology at Eastern Washington University. She is a member of the Alpha Phi sorority and has been actively involved in the Panhellenic Council at EWU. For her McNair Summer Research Internship she worked with Dr. Kayleen Islam-Zwart as her mentor to explore attitudes towards the criminal legal system. Mai is interested in both forensic and clinical psychology.
