Michelle is the resource for student assistance and support in times of challenge, crisis, or emergency. So, if a student is hospitalized, has a death in the family, has been the victim of a crime, etc. Send them here. You can contact her directly if you have concerns about a student’s well-being or a physical/mental health issue. She is in fact the person to go to if you don’t know where else to turn. She also manages an emergency fund for students who have safety needs (changing a lock), need to replace books due to damage or theft, etc.
