Counseling and Wellness Services (CWS) offers a variety of in-person and telehealth options.
Students who desire ongoing sessions, must first schedule an INTAKE appointment. During this initial assessment, we will gather important information and more thoroughly explore the best options for matching needs and services. If a student is assigned to a CWS counselor for ongoing sessions, they will work together to set goals and evaluate progress. Ongoing counseling typically consists of up to 6 scheduled sessions per academic year. Services are available at the Cheney campus and the Spokane Catalyst building, with in-person and telehealth options.
Please note that no-show appointments may limit options for future appointments.
Online paperwork will likely need to be completed prior to your appointment. Please note that paperwork is to be completed by the student seeking services.
