Providing support to the students of Eastern Washington University is the number one focus of Student Accounting.
Our department is here to assist clubs and organizations with the use of their S&A Fund Allocation and Club Funded accounts.
We are located in PUB 307 and are available Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. to assist you with all your club and organizational accounting needs including:
- Determining the balance available in both S&A accounts and Club Funded accounts.
- Advising as to what items your club may purchase with the two types of accounts that we manage on your behalf.
- Assistance with online purchases, use of Purchase Orders, use of Open Purchase Orders with local vendors, and use of Memoranda of Agreement forms.
- Assistance with any travel that your club or organization would like to arrange.
Our goal is to assist you in the most professional and efficient manner possible in the spending of your club and organization funds. We know that many students are not familiar with the processes that are required to disburse these funds and are happy to spend time with you to teach you everything that you need to know.
