Faculty Load and Compensation
FLAC is a Human Resource Banner module that merges faculty information from Banner Student and Human Resources systems and creates faculty assignments and pay that can be acknowledged electronically through Self-Service Application.
Banner FLAC bridges the gap between Banner modules to deliver a comprehensive path to assigning and compensating faculty workload. FLAC replaces Workflow application, which was previously used for summer adjunct course assignment and compensation.
Electronic Personnel Action Form
An EPAF is used to create or update employee records in Banner. The links listed below provide information regarding how to perform some basic EPAF actions. Please note the EPAF submission deadlines shown. For more detailed EPAF instruction documents and information about Banner positions, dates, and errors use the links on the Banner EPAF User Guide page. The following documents give you step-by-step guidance to perform functions such as placing an employee into a job assignment, ending an employee’s job assignment, or entering the correct labor distribution for a job assignment.
