Grace Support Services Supported Living is a service that supports clients to live in their home in the community with supports from contracted agencies. Individuals typically live with two or three housemates and staff provide teaching and training based on assessed needs. Support may vary from a few hours per month up to 24 hours/day. Staff support individuals to be as independent as possible.
