Career Assessments

One way for you to learn more about your interests, work styles, skills, and areas of strength, is to take a career assessment; while no career assessment can choose your major or career for you, they can provide you will a lot of great information that you can use to explore options.

Self-Assessments

We offer two really great “self-assessments” which will not require you to come into our office for any type of interpretation, however we highly encourage you to bring your assessment results in with you for a one on one appointment; sometimes discussing results with a trained professional can help you “unpack” your results and brainstorm options.

Many students start at the top and work their way down. You will have the option to combine your assessments for a more complete look at your results.

“Our personality types are based on five independent spectrums, with all letters in the type code (e.g. INFJ-A) referring to one of the two sides of the corresponding spectrum. You can see where you fall on each scale by completing our free personality assessment, NERIS Type Explorer®. This approach has allowed us to achieve high test accuracy while also retaining the ability to define and describe distinct personality types.”
