The EWU Student Satisfaction Survey is an opportunity for students to share their experiences with the university in order to help improve student service and support on campus. EWU administers the survey in the Fall, Winter and Spring terms each academic year and uses the information provided as a diagnostic tool to improve programs and services that serve the EWU student body.
Hearing student ideas, thoughts and concerns is critical to making EWU a more student-centered university. The information students shared in these surveys has helped to open up additional study space on campus, expand campus WiFi connectivity, increase opportunities for more low or no cost textbook options, and to expand access to student services for those impacted by COVID restrictions.
