  1. I am considering coming for the 70th reunion. I live in Virginia. Will I be the oldest grad (1959)? Not quite 70 years but close enough to have known the first grads. (2022 – 1959 = 63 years). If ROTC Dept started 70 years ago (2022 – 70 = 1952) means first graduates were in June,1956, the year I entered (55-56).

I would like info on any 501c3 accounts to which I can donate.

    Thank you,
    Stan Johnson ’59

    • Good Morning Sir,
Thank you for your comment! 1959 grad is incredible. No doubt you have some great stories from your time here and the early years of the program. At this point, you are certainly the oldest grad planning to attend. We are putting together a video of pictures from the ROTC program over the years. If there are photos you would like to add, please email me (acrosby8@ewu.edu) and I’d be happy to include them. We look forward to having you!

There are multiple 501c3 ROTC accounts for donation. They can all be found at this webpage: https://www.ewu.edu/give/funds/?search=rotc. Courtney Susemiehl, the Director of Gift Planning, can answer any additional questions you may have. Her email is: csusemie@ewu.edu.

Thanks again for reaching out! Feel free to email me if you have any other questions.
