Community Organizations at SpoYo!

Get Lit! Programs knows that literacy is just one component of a healthy and vibrant community, and we are very excited that for our first annual Spokane Youth Book Festival, we have partnered with seven great community organizations focused on enriching the lives of our region’s children and families.

On hand all day Saturday will be the YMCA, YWCA, Spokane Parks and Recreation, Spokane Public Library, Spokane County Library District, INK Artspace, and SNAP, spreading the word on how they support local families and doing giveaways!

SpoYo aims to nurture a love of books among children and families, promote literacy, and inspire students to see themselves as creators. Literature expands children’s horizons and exposes them to cultural and global diversity.

We thank the community organizations for their support of our mission and all their efforts in making the Inland Northwest a special place for families.
