Speak Easy Open Mic Night
Come enjoy or participate in an open mic night at the Garland Drinkery every Thursday night from 7:00-10:00pm. Sign up to perform spoken word poetry, read an excerpt of short fiction, or something else creative. Each person will be limited to 3 minutes per performance. Please be respectful to everyone attending and know that hate speech will not be tolerated. This is a safe space for people to express creativity and community, not belittle others.

Silent Book Club
There are three different Silent Book Club chapters local to Spokane: North, South, and LGBTQ.

South Chapter: Meets the first Tuesday of every month in Spokane, WA. (South Hill, Spokane Valley, and U-District). Follow @silentbookclub.spokane on Instagram for updates and the book of the month.

Broken Mic
Every Wednesday at 6:30pm, Neato Burrito hosts “Broken Mic,” Spokane’s longest-running poetry open mic. Free admission. Food and drink specials. 827 W. 1st Ave.
