
Congratulations to Kayla Dickson! Kayla has been selected for the Novelis Aluminum STEM Scholarship! The ‘Novelis’ established the STEM Scholarship pilot program for North America with a desire to honor our talented and dedicated people, while also hoping to inspire the next generation of engineers, technologists and scientists.
Kayla, a McNair Scholar, was chosen for her passion for research and her commitment to pursuing a Ph.D. As part of her summer research experience, she was also accepted into WSU’s Hemp Program, which partners with the Global Hemp Innovation Center at Oregon State University, University of California – Davis, and the University of Nevada – Reno. Kayla also got to present her research at the 2024 Cannabis Research Conference in Fort Collins, Colorado. Good job Kayla!
