Dr. Georgina Mitchell defended her dissertation: “Economics of education: analyzing policies that affect success in education” and completed her PhD in Economics from Washington State University.
Dr. María Isabel Morales defended her dissertation: “Conocimiento y Testimono: An Exploratory Case Study of Mexican American Children of (im)migrants Learning With(in) Cherry Orchards” and completed her PhD in Cultural Studies and Social Thought in Education at Washington State University.
Dr. Araceli Frias defended her dissertation: “Reconceptualizing Graduate School Preparation: Examining Undergraduate Scholars’ Responses to a Critical Race Curriculum” and completed her PhD in Education from Washington State University.
Dr. Cuantemoc Mexica defended his dissertation: “Warring Scripts: The Borderland Narratives of Cormac McCarthy and Eduardo Antonio Parra” and completed his PhD in Comparative Literature from University of Washington.
