• Using an example of a mentoring plan, develop a mentoring document to fit your departments needs.
• Describe how CAAR can help with student success via tandem advising

In this presentation, learn how Dental Hygiene has used student mentoring to track and provide resources for students. You will see an example document that you can edit to meet the needs of your department. We will discuss how to collaborate with the Center for Academic Advising and Retention (CAAR) to help support students. We will review how to effectively use Navigate to monitor student success.
