Join Lisa Bilich (Professor of Dental Hygiene) for this informative session about how to approach that work and what resources are available to assist you! \nMentoring Students for Success \n•	Discuss how your department can utilize student mentoring for success\n•	Review how Navigate can help you track students\n•	Using an example of a mentoring plan\, develop a mentoring document to fit your departments needs.\n•	Describe how CAAR can help with student success via tandem advising \nIn this presentation\, learn how Dental Hygiene has used student mentoring to track and provide resources for students. You will see an example document that you can edit to meet the needs of your department. We will discuss how to collaborate with the Center for Academic Advising and Retention (CAAR) to help support students.
