For scheduling purposes, we ask that you submit the form below at least two weeks before your event. The Office of the Vice President will review the information with the Vice President and notify you within two business days if she will be able to attend based on her scheduled activities. The completed form must be submitted online before any dates will be held on her calendar.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to accommodate all invitations because of the large number of requests we receive and the complexity of the Vice President’s calendar.
