For the next session of the Professional Development Series, Mr. Craig Fischer, Director for College Advancement, will present “Saying the Hard Thing: Communicating Under Pressure”. In times of change and stress, one of the first casualties is effective communication. This makes our work and our relationships more difficult, and it creates future problems that must be dealt with along with the original challenges. This workshop will draw upon research and experience to offer practical tips for being honest and effective under pressure. Attendees will leave with strategies and insights they can use immediately.
