Gratitude: Learn how it amplifies the good in your life.

For our next session of the Professional Development Series, Dr. Phil Watkins will explain how gratitude is important to flourishing personally and professionally. Gratitude has been positively associated with a number of well-being variables and now, experimental studies have shown that gratitude increases well-being. Dr. Watkins will focus on a recent treatment study that showed how gratitude encourages emotional well-being and will show how you can use gratitude in your everyday life. Join us for an hour of discovering how you can use gratitude to amplify the good in your life!
