How are the principles of justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion being incorporated into the strategic planning process and the strategic plan?

EWU has a commitment to social justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion to effectively serve our diverse student population, especially our students from historically marginalized groups. President McMahan has committed to keeping social justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion  central in the planning process and final strategic plan.   For example, one of our first Focus Groups consisted of a group of diverse community stakeholders who generously offered feedback and direction.
