January 2024
January 15 – First meeting with work groups to include training on goal statement development and desired outcomes.

January 22 – Work groups draft goal statements and desired outcomes. Work groups will continue to work on draft goal statements and desired outcomes until the week of February 16.

February 2024
February 16 – Work groups finish draft goal statements and desired outcomes.

Week of February 19 – SPC reviews the drafts of goal statements and desired outcomes.

Week of February 26 – Third town hall to receive feedback on goal statements and desired outcomes.

March 2024
Week of March 4 – Working groups review town hall feedback and receive training on strategy development.

March 11 – Work groups develop strategies. Expected to finish April 19.

Spring Quarter

April 2024
April 19 – Work groups finish developing strategies.

Week of April 22 – SPC reviews draft strategies

Week of April 29 – Fourth town hall

May 2024

Week of May 6 – Working groups review town hall feedback; finalize strategies and submit strategies to SPC.

May 13-24 – SPC finalizes plan and submits recommendations to the President.

June 2024

June 28 – Board review and action on the Strategic Plan
