Volunteer Numbers are UP!

Reports have indicated that there has been a significant increase in community service and volunteering in the Cheney school district. Programs such as PACE, Give 5, and the Office of Community Engagement at Eastern Washington University have helped bring mentors, activities, and programs to students in the school district. Students’ grade point averages have also been on the rise due to these programs and initiatives.
