Diplomas are not distributed at commencement. After verification that all degree requirements have been completed, undergraduate diplomas will be mailed from the Records and Registration Office approximately six weeks after the end of the term. Graduate diplomas will be mailed form the the Graduate Studies Office approximately six weeks after graduation. If you have a change of address, please notify the appropriate office immediately. Please note that your diploma will not be mailed until all financial obligations are cleared with the University.
Update your diploma address on EagleNet! Using the Personal Information tab, click on Personal Information. Under the Address section, click the +ADD NEW button and select "Diploma Mailing" as the Type of Address. In the absence of a diploma mailing address, the diploma will be mailed to your Permanent Mailing address.
