Reservation Information

The PUB has seven rooms available to request for reservation.  University facility use is governed by WAC 172-137.

Reservation requests must be within the PUB’s operating hours.  PUB hours can be viewed at www.ewu.edu/pub.

Schedules are posted outside of each meeting room.  PUB guests are able to use rooms (except NCR) when not reserved, but no change in room setup will be accommodated.  Keep in mind that the posted schedule indicates event time, not full reservation time required for set up, clean up, etc.

Please leave the room better than you found it (e.g. turn off any technology, return furniture to how it was, remove all trash, etc.).

No easels or sandwich boards are permitted in building corridors.

  • 209 and 333 have movable tables.  These must stay in the room.
