Prospective P-Card Users and Approvers

There are four steps to obtaining a p-card or approval authority:

  1. Complete the Purchasing and Procurement 101 training on Canvas;
  2. Complete the Purchasing and Procurement Ethics training on Canvas;
  3. Fill out the Cardholder Application for users, or Approver Application for approvers; and
  4. Submit your application via the ticketing system here.

If you have not used Canvas before, your Canvas login is the same as your EWU computer login.
