To set up an Office Depot Online Ordering Account, users must complete State Small Purchases and Ethics training and fill out the Office Depot Application. Some Banner users may have already taken State Small Purchases and Ethics training. If you are unsure if you have taken this training, or to sign up for the training email purchasing@ewu.edu.
When the application form is completed and sent to the Procurement and Contracts Office, the FOAP numbers are checked to make sure the Buyer’s signature is on the Authorized Signature Card. We will notify the buyer when they are ready to order online.
