Softdocs will be performing the scheduled ‘Windows Updates’ on the last Friday of the month to all Cloud Etrieve servers as part of our regular monthly maintenance. Maintenance will begin after hours starting at 9 PM and is scheduled to end at approximately 12 AM in your respective time zone.
***Please remember to “Patch” and reboot your “Hybrid Server” every few months to ensure your system functions as intended***
The system will be operational during the maintenance window, however, will possibly require a reboot during the allotted time. We ask that you do not run imports, create workflows or submit forms during this time. Softdocs is committed to providing you exceptional service & secure cloud data and applications.
‘Windows Updates’ can include the following:
– Critical updates – Feature packs
– Security updates – Service packs
– Update rollups – Definitions updates
