From Ellucian Case, the issue is as follows:

Your 3rd attempt finally showed me what I needed to see. The cause of your issue is that the virtual domains that render the AIP content/responses is throwing a 500 error and “Cannot invoke method getResource() on null object”.This is a known issue we have seen with some of our cloud-hosted clients. We can redeploy a different image to fix this issue but it will require downtime (minimal).
