Ellucian Customer Center Outage

Attention Ellucian Customer Center and Partner Portal user,

As a follow up to the Customer Center post below, we want to remind all users that Friday, August 8th we will upgrade our SSO environment.  This is an upgrade for both Customer Center and Partner Portal users.

There are important details in the above post, so I strongly encourage you to review.  Some users may need to reset MFA factors, so please review at your earliest convenience.

SSO Upgrade Details: Friday, August 8th

  • 8 pm EDT or 20:00 UTC
  • Upgrade duration is approximately 2 hours
  • Customer Center and Partner Portal will be offline
  • Details below for getting support during the downtime
  • Please download or review any important materials or changes in advance
  • Please update or make any needed changes to tools accessed via the Customer Center, before or after the maintenance window

Accessing support during SSO upgrade window:

We fully expect the upgrade to take approximately 2 hours or less.  The process for obtaining support during this outage is below.

  • For all support related matters during the outage,  please email us at:  csenablement@ellucian.com
  • We will receive your ticket via email.  A case will be generated and we can manage the case through email and our back-office tools.
