
National Farmworker Awareness Week
April 1 - April 7
Visit the National Farmworkers Awareness Display in the JFK Lobby the first week of April. This display celebrates and honors farmworkers that help feed our nation while raising awareness about the issues these critical workers face. All the display materials are available for check out.

César Chávez Blood Drive – Blood supplies nationwide are low! Join the College Assistance Migrant Program and Vitalant and roll up your sleeves for our campus-wide blood drive in a challenge to help our community. This blood drive will be hosted in the PUB NCR in honor of César Chávez who worked in the community in service of others.
Blood donation saves the lives of accident victims, surgery patients, cancer patients, and many others in need. Donating blood is safe, easy and takes about an hour. During that hour you can save three lives!
