The ASEWU Superior Court examine questionable bylaws and constitutional amendments. They ensure that the ASEWU Council does not violate the ASEWU Constitution, its bylaws, the EWU Student Code of Conduct, or any local, state or federal law. They are available to support student organizations with bylaw structure and parliamentary procedure. All internal procedures and processes of the ASEWU Superior Court shall be administered according to the ASEWU Superior Court Standing Rule & Judicial Forms
