Belonging Initiative Grant
The Office of Employee Belonging, Development & Leadership funds Board of Trustees Belonging Initiative Grants.
The grants provide funding for promising and high-quality faculty, staff, and student projects, including research, that promotes belonging at EWU.

Board Of Trustees Belonging Initiative Grant
The proposals must be for new initiatives that impact at least one of three categories, Curriculum, Student Recruitment and Retention, and/or Campus Climate.
Examples of previous projects receiving funding:
- Eagle F.A.M. Program
- Translation of Admissions materials to Spanish
- Mural Project for STEM
