Diversity, Equity & Inclusion for the Workplace Post-Training Evaluation

To fulfill the state requirements for diversity, equity, and inclusion and anti-racism programming per Senate Bill 5227, all employees must participate in EWU’s Diversity, Equity & Inclusion for the Workplace training, as well as complete this post-training evaluation. Please fully complete this evaluation. Upon satisfactory completion, the Office for Diversity, Equity & Inclusion will notify you that you have fully completed the DEI and anti-racism training requirements. We will also send you a certificate of completion and information about additional DEI and anti-racism development opportunities on campus.

    2. Identify categories of difference
    3. Explore microaggressions and unconscious bias in the workplace
    4. Provide strategies to navigate microaggressions and unconscious bias
    5. Encourage continued development in DEI and anti-racism
