What is Navigate?

Navigate Overview:

Navigate is a Student Success Management System (SSMS) that enhances our student-centered learning environment.

Navigate links staff, faculty and students in a coordinated care network. Navigate can help you:

  • Efficiently manage your advising caseload
  • Learn more about the students in your courses
  • Identify early the students who may be struggling
  • Communicate with your students using text or email
  • Coordinate with other departments to help support your students

Navigate For Faculty & Staff:

Navigate is a tool for faculty and staff to support student success. It has many options for increasing the connection faculty and staff have with students. Navigate Staff can help you with advising caseload management through messaging (text and email), online appointment scheduling, enrollment campaigns, and many other options.

Navigate For Students:

Navigate Student is a platform that is web accessible by phone and desktop systems. Students can find their class schedule, a comprehensive list of resources and their locations, a list of any holds on their accounts, who their advisor is, and even schedule an appointment with their advisor or any department that has set up their availability via Navigate Staff.

How Can I Start Using Navigate?:

Staff and Faculty can access the desktop version through the link at the top of the page or InsideEWU A-Z Services. You can also log-in here. Use the same username and password that you use for your Single Sign-On accounts.
