Scheduling Appointmets via Navigate

In order to use the scheduler, you first need to sync your calender to Navigate and set up your availabilities. Then, you are able to schedule appointments for your students and/or advisees via Navigate Staff if they do not use the student scheduler. To schedule an appointment, log into Navigate Staff and search for the student using the “Quick Search” at the top of the screen (EWU ID or NetID work best). On the student page, you will see “Schedule an Appointment” in the box on the top right (under Staff Alerts).
